Ellen Terry Building, Coventry University

Ellen Terry Building, Coventry University

Small, but elegant!

We are pleased to see the completion of the refurbishment of the Ellen Terry building at Coventry University. Work took place in two phases across three occupied live floors, with the aspiration to enhance the student experience in the Faculty of Arts & Humanities.

Stewarts provided bespoke MEP design for this project. The bespoke lighting rafts served as a multifunctional element of the project, providing decorative but functional feature lighting that was a nod to the building’s Art Deco beginnings whilst also providing the necessary acoustic requirements for the space, and the masking of MEP services in an exposed ceiling environment was also achieved in one complete solution.
