Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Building Services Design
Our core business is mechanical, electrical and public health building services design. We provide project development life cycle support from inception through to completion, with ongoing professional project assistance during the familiarisation process. We deliver feasibility studies, concepts, design, supervision and installation configuration for all types of building.
CAD & BIM
We recognise that CAD & BIM have the potential to help everyone involved with a project fully visualise it from the start, leading to informed decision making throughout development and construction. We will use our expertise to help you fully experience all the benefits CAD and BIM have to offer.
Project Management
We work on schemes that are engineering biased or led where we have to act as lead consultant. We have performed this role successfully on numerous projects and we hold a dynamic and positive approach to each commission, muting or amplifying the management intensity depending on the size and complexity of the scheme.

We are fully committed to reducing any negative impact on the environment and enhancing quality of life in our communities. We adhere to an environmental policy that forms part of our Quality Assurance System.
Stewarts understand the need to provide environmentally friendly design solutions to both minimise environmental impact and optimise maintenance and operational costs. Wherever possible we promote the use of natural design solutions in such elements as ventilation, lighting and the use of structure.
We have had extensive input into the development of building services systems that draw from renewable sources, air source, ground source, CHP, solar and wind as well as greywater recycling. Our experience also covers BREEAM assessed schemes.
